All hand drawn scanned and cleaned in flash(Limited number of paper meant I wasn't free to line test.Whatever I drew I had to make work in flash when tidying up) Bigest annoyance was not having the proper drivers or something strange which meant redrawing everything with the line tool which took forever.

A little film been working on in-between work. The music and sound effects aren't very good but I've never been an expert on sound design.Watching it back ow it's rather frustrating seeing all the scenes that just needed that extra in between or 2 to make it smoother. Overall it's been rather positive,I think its much better then the first private and public and better then 'Bants Bingo and a Bear'.It's main flaw is definitely being way to long,It was in fact closer to 8 minutes before I chopped it down to roughly 5 minutes minus tittles.I learned a lot anyways making this and got it finished.Hopefully I can keep momentum going and continue to try new things and be less bad then the last time,Excelsior.

The school is based on my own primary school in ireland and the teacher on a secondary school history teacher of mine.No where near as obnoxious obviously.

a great achievement to produce a film in your spare time between work man, well done to you.

You know the sound isn't good, so things are hard to understand, especially the teacher. You could reconsider dubbing it over if you have a better mic, but maybe thats something you can consider for the future.

There were some nice motions in there. Some like you said needed an extra frame or two, but the way you worked and using the pen/line tool, i wouldnt criticize you too much as it takes ages to draw with those, yet alone animate.

Because of the poor audio, it was hard to hear the gags, or maybe they didnt work, or it could have been scenes and dialogue was too long. If you look at the likes of family guy, its short and snappy dialogue. I loved the visual window gag though.

I think something to consider in the future is your composition in your scenes and the angle of the camera. There was a lot of awkward 3/4 angled shots, and the framing didnt always compliment the characters or focus on the main thing in the scene. I dont know if you storyboarded this first, but i think that area needs to be worked on.

So really you just need to self edit a bit better on your script running away with you, and editting your composition to get it the best it could be. But like I said, a great achievement doing this in your free time. Wish I had the drive for that.
